Born in 1970 in Hollywood, Christopher Conn Askew is a painter and a tattoo artist. He spent his childhood surrounded by books and music, with a strong arts education thanks to his father who is an actor and his mother who is a singer. His first artistic obsessions led him to the surreal world of René Magritte and Gustave Doré, Audrey Beardsley, Etienne Delessert, Albrecht Dürer, Hokusai and Gustave Moreau. (Read the full bio here)
