« This photo was taken during the making of my film SLAP THE GONDOLA with singers, musicians, artists, Genesis Breyer P-Orridge, Tony Conrad and many wonderful artists from NYC. A very hot day on a giant boat rusted and standing for years on a compost river: the smells, the music, the whimsicality, every one of us remembered that day with a special fish fight as a musical with a lot of fishy smells and laughers! The film premiered at Berlinale that year.  Here Tony and Genesis are playing their favourite instrument, the Violin, while standing in their ridiculous outfit of mermaid on the edge of the boat!»
