CODE Art Fair is an event organized by Art Copenhagen as part of the Cph Art Week. The first edition will take place in Bella Center, Scandinavia’s largest exhibition center, from August 26-28, 2016. Code will bring together leading galleries from throughout Europe and North America along with a number of the contemporary art world’s “brightest minds” including artists, writers, curators and collectors.
Art Copenhagen, Scandinavia’s oldest art fair, has been transformed into an exciting international art platform designed to showcase some of the most interesting and thought-provoking art from around the world. This year Art Copenhagen will proudly mark its 20th anniversary and will be hosting not one but two separate art fairs concurrently under one roof, Selected Art Fair and Code Art Fair. Selected is an established fair with a loyal following among Scandinavian collectors. It also has the distinction of having sold the most expensive Scandinavian art work ever recorded at fair.
