The Mirage Festival is the first festival dedicated to audiovisual arts and digital cultures in Lyon, an event in the heart of the city where workshops, conferences, performances, lives, and installations are spread out in more than a dozen places.
For this fifth edition of which the central theme is “(Im)materialities,” artists and creatives will unveil the invisible and play with our senses by transforming our material worlds. Through digital technologies, they reveal the virtual and blur the physical borders that surround us. Placing the human at the heart of the experience, they immerse us in a more sensitive reality and invite us to other universes augmented thanks to the potential of computer code and other algorithms, invisible foundations of our cyber world.
The Mirage Festival is organised by Dolus & Dolus with the support of Subsistances.
